The canal boat adventure project operates a social inclusion project, working with young people from some of the poorest wards in halton. these young people are young carers, young victims of crime, neglect, abuse and many are isolated or bullied.. The canal boat adventure project will be extending the range and reach of young advisors, young inspectors and mystery shoppers’ initiative recruiting and training more community leaders from halton. young people are currently involved in planning two initiatives which will be announced in august 2013..
